Program Procedure
For
all programs
Participants have to sign-in at every session they attend. The verification
letters are to be given out after the evaluation forms are completed
and collected at the end of the last seminar session or at the end of
the one day workshop session.
For
programs at the institute
Seminars: The sign-in sheets will be put in an envelope with the faculty
name printed on top, at the counter outside the administrative office.
The evaluation forms and verification letters will be put in the same
envelope prior to the last session of the seminars. The envelope and
the sign-in sheet must remain at the institute at all time. Completed
evaluation forms are to be returned in the envelope to the counter at
the end of the last session.
One Day Workshops
The sign-in sheet, evaluation forms and the verification letters will be
put in an envelope with the faculty name printed on top, at the counter
outside the administrative office. The envelope must remain at the institute
at all time. The sign-in sheet and the completed evaluation forms are
to be returned in the envelope to the counter at the end of the workshop.
For
programs outside the institute
Seminars & Workshops: The sign-in sheet(s), evaluation forms and
the verification letters will be mailed to the faculty a week prior
to the beginning session. The updated sign-in sheet(s), if any, will
be faxed to the faculty the day before the beginning session. Please
notify the office if the materials are not received. The sign-in sheet(s)
and the completed evaluation forms must be returned to the institute.
For study group
The sign-in sheet(s) and the evaluation forms will be mailed to the
group a week prior to the beginning session. Please notify the office
if the materials are not received. The sign-in sheet(s) and the completed
evaluation forms must be returned to the institute after the last meeting.
Verification letters will be sent to the group when the above forms
are received.
